This week we are having a new telephone system installed at JHP. We are not expecting any disruption to our phone service, but I wanted to let you know in case we encounter any temporary issues, and to explain why we’re making this change.
Patients may be aware of media reports regarding General Practice. We wanted to clarify Jesmond Health Partnerships’ perspective regarding these reports and the guidance that has been issued.
A big thank you to all patients who completed a Friends and Family Test last month. In September, we received 192 completed tests, with 185 of you saying you were likely or extremely likely recommend us to your friends and family. That’s a recommendation rate of over 96%!
