Registration
New patients can now register with Jesmond Health Partnership using the new NHS Register with a GP Surgery service.
Please use this link if you wish to be seen in any of our three Jesmond locations. To be seen at Gosforth, please use the Gosforth Memorial registration page.
The application takes around 15 minutes or fewer if you have an existing NHS login (used for the NHS App) or your NHS Number.
You can use this service to register yourself, a child or another dependent.
If you are registering a child aged 12 or under, please provide a copy of their vaccination record.
You can request this from your previous GP practice and email it to us.
