Last month, 106 out of the 110 patients that completed a Friends and Family survey said they would recommend us.
Thank you to everyone who sends us feedback on the care and service they receive at JHP, it helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
The Friends and Family test is used all across the NHS, and asks patients to say how likely they would be to recommend the service they’ve received to those closest to them. Patients can also leave comments giving more detail about their experience.
Here are some comments we received in July.
I was delighted with the service. The receptionists were very helpful. The nurse wisely suggested a check of my blood pressure which had not been done for some time. I was also very pleased to get my vaccine appointment promptly from yourselves. Thank you very much indeed.
Your doctors surgery is leagues above the doctors I’ve been registered with in the past. Using the online chat to get an appointment within days is brilliant. All staff, from the GPs to the receptionists, are friendly and genuinely endeavour to solve any issues you have. Brilliant practice.
