At times, we might ask if your request is urgent.
This is so we can prioritise patients who have the greatest need. After 3.30 pm, you will be asked only to submit requests if you need a resolution that day. You may also be asked at times of high demand or reduced capacity.
With askmyGP you choose which doctor to send your message to, how you want them to reply and pick a time that suits you.
- Quick – get a response usually within a couple of hours. If you need an appointment, it can often by that day.
- Personalised – choose a specific Doctor, how and when you want to hear back
- Send a message in your own words, and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
- Immediate – no paperwork; sign up and start using it straight away.
You will need to create a new account to use askmyGP. You cannot use ‘SystmOne’ login details.
