Book or manage an appointment

The easiest way to book or mange an appointment is via our online function at SystmOnline – just login below.

Alternately you can call us on 0191 281 4588 or 0191 281 4777 between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday or visit us at either 17 or 200 Osborne Road.

Do you need to see a Doctor?

Before you book an appointment, we’d ask you to consider if you need to see a GP, or if one of our other clinicians will be able to deal with your issue.

We have a number of highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioners who ate able to diagnose a wide range of medical problems, offer treatment plans and prescribe medication.

What type of appointment?

To help ensure patients are seen appropriately, and to manage demand and expectation, we offer three categories of appointments.

These categories are based on urgency, convenience and patient preference, and will help us ensure we are able to offer same day appointments to those who really need them.

We’d ask patients to take these factors into account when requesting an appointment.

For CONVENIENT and PERSONAL appointments, call, visit us or use our online services if you are registered.

Routine appointments – for non-urgent issues – are released daily at 10am and are bookable 3, 7 and 14 days in advance.
