A big thank you to all patients who completed a Friends and Family Test last month.
In September, we received 192 completed tests, with 185 of you saying you were likely or extremely likely recommend us to your friends and family. That’s a recommendation rate of over 96%!
You also had some good things to say about our first flu clinics of the year, and Salvie, the online consultation service we launched in the summer.

The Friends and Family Test is used throughout the NHS and gives patients the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences. We read and appreciate each piece of patient feedback we receive.
After an appointment, patients will be sent a text message asking for their feedback. You can also share your thoughts with us via our feedback page.
