It’s Patient Feedback time again. Last month 376 patients took the NHS Friends and Family Test and a huge 92.5% of you scored JHP as Good or Very Good

Sending Requests out of Hours
In March, there were a few suggestions and comments about being able to send requests outside of our working hours.
“Would be great if I could initiate the consultation out of hours. It is great that I can access the response, and reply to the response out of hours.”
“It would be useful to be able to write messages out of hours. I have more time in the evening so it would be helpful to be able to leave a message for the Practice’s attention the following morning.”
We really appreciate the feedback and wanted to take a moment to explain why we don’t accept requests outside of our opening hours.
When we are closed, there is no clinical or administrative team available to safely review or manage incoming requests. Accepting them at these times could delay care for those who need urgent attention and would not be safe for patients.
To help keep everyone safe and to make sure we are working within our capacity, we only accept requests when our team is available to respond to them properly.

How to Share your Feedback
The Friends and Family test is used all across the NHS. It asks patients if they’d recommend a service to people close to them.
There are other ways to share your thoughts about your experiences with us, too.
