First and foremost, you were impressed by how quickly we responded, with replies within hours or even minutes, and same day appointments.
You also shared very positive, comments about our GPs and staff, saying you felt listened to and well supported. We appreciate that, and always share your kind words with the team.
The convenience of the online system was also a plus – you liked being able to explain your issue in your own words, and not have to wait on the phone
All in all, over 92% of patients rated JHP as Good or Very Good last month.
