Thank you to everyone who shared feedback about their experience with our practice in October. Your views help us understand what’s working well and where we can make improvements.
In total, 339 patients patients took the NHS Friends and Family Test and shared their thoughts on JHP. Over 89% of you rated JHP as Good or Very Good.

The NHS Friends and Family Test is a simple, anonymous way for patients to share feedback on their care, helping the NHS understand satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Managing online requests
One patient recently suggested that we keep our online system open even when the practice is very busy, so requests can still be sent and picked up the following day. We really appreciate this thoughtful feedback and wanted to explain why we sometimes need to pause new requests.
When demand is very high, allowing requests to build up can make the system unmanageable and delay care for everyone. By temporarily closing requests when we reach capacity, our team can focus on the patients with the greatest need.
We know it can be frustrating if you can’t send a request straight away. Our aim is always to keep patients informed and to make it as easy as possible to contact us once capacity allows.
