Introduction My role is to support the Partners at JHP to deliver the best possible care to our patients. This includes business planning for the future, looking at innovative/cost-effective ways of working including providing services at scale (in partnership with our neighbouring practices) and engaging with our Patient Participation Group.
Introduction My role involves ensuring the governance and compliance of the Practice and improving systems and processes to develop and enhance Practice service provision. I also support the Partners, and Practice Management to ensure the smooth running of the Practice.
I joined the JHP in 2011. During this time I have worked in different roles and gained experience within both the Reception and Secretarial teams. In December 2021, I became assistant Practice Manager.
