Your Feedback: 92% of Patients Recommend JHP
In April and May, 634 patients took the NHS Friends and Family Test and shared their thoughts on JHP.
Overall, 92% of you rated us as a Good or Very Good.
The full figures across the last two months are: Very Good (479), Good (104), Neither Good nor Poor (28), Poor (10) and, Very Poor (7) and Don’t Know (6).
As ever, the main themes in your comments were the ease of our askmyGP system, the fast responses, and the thoughtful, patient-focused care from our team.

The NHS Friends and Family Test is a simple, anonymous way for patients to share feedback on their care, helping the NHS understand satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their opinions with us. Hearing your positive experiences is always good, but knowing where things haven’t gone to plan, or areas we can improve, is vital too.
