The coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines are safe and effective. They give you the best protection against COVID-19.

Everyone aged 16 or over can get vaccinated – it’s free and protects you and the people around you. Thousands of appointments are available across the city every week, with drop-ins and pop-ups making it easier than ever to get vaccinated.

Latest Updates

Children aged 12-15 who have health conditions will be invited to book an appointment. The rollout of vaccines for all children in this age bracket is expected to be carried out through schools.

Clinically vulnerable people aged 70 or over will be invited for a booster vaccination in the coming months. Read our vaccine booster update for more.
