Your Same Day Access Appointment
The service is provided by Jesmond Lower Gosforth to practices in North Gosforth and Jesmond Lower Gosforth Primary Care Networks.
You will be seen by an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner from the Jesmond Lower Gosforth team.
Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
On arrival, please speak to the Receptionist on duty, who will check you in for your appointment.
You will be called through when your clinician is ready to see you. There is a waiting room and toilet facilities.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so as early as possible so the slot can be made available to another patient.

Please note there is no on-site parking at 200 Osborne Road, but you can park in the surrounding streets.
