I am employed by the Practice as a Nurse Practitioner working as part of the team to assess, treat and review patients. I am also working with the care homes to establish Enhanced Health in Care Homes.

This involves weekly ward rounds reviewing and managing the care needs of this group of patients.
I am also an independent prescriber and work Monday to Thursday.
