I supervise the administrative team, allocate work and issue instructions and to deal with staff queries on a day-to-day basis. I also ensure the administration team, systems and processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
Before joining JHP, I worked in NHS Mental Health Services providing early intervention support to people experiencing psychosis.
