I joined the JHP team in October 2021 as a Medical Receptionist. The main parts of my role are providing patients with information about booking appointments, repeat prescriptions, and blood test results. 

My work in the Reception Team centres on assisting patients with scheduling appointments, filing, record keeping, and a range of other admin tasks.

I’ve been at the practice since 2008 and work in the Reception team. 

I joined Jesmond Health Partnership as an Apprentice in March 2020. One of my main job roles is to welcome patients when they arrive for their appointments, take samples or answer any queries.

In December 2019 I started with the Reception team at JHP. I deal with patient queries, problem-solve, and provide administrative guidance during patient care, both in-person and over the phone.
