The NHS App home screen

On the home screen, you can see everything you can do in the NHS App

Options will include:

• Prescriptions. View previous prescriptions or request a new one
• Appointments. See previous appointments, and, if enabled by your practice, book an appointment
• Test results. View results of tests from your GP practice or hospital
• Vaccinations. Read about vaccinations and see your record.
• Health conditions. You may see this option about your allergies, adverse reactions and health conditions. it may be labelled allergies and adverse reactions.
• Documents. See documents relating to hospital or GP care.
