I joined Jesmond Health Partnership as an Apprentice in March 2020.

After working in the Reception Team, I moved to the Admin team in September 2025.

I am responsible for essential tasks like sending referrals and clinical letters, updating medical records, sending appointment reminders and other patient communications.
