I joined JHP in 2011. During this time, I have worked in different roles and gained experience within the Reception, Secretarial teams and Management teams. Following the merger of JHP and GMMC, I became Patient Services Manager.
My role is to oversee the day to day running of the non-clinical teams. I continuously develop systems and protocols to ensure the work of the Reception and Secretarial teams run effectively and efficiently.
I work full time and I am mainly based at No 17.
