I want to let you know that we’re currently experiencing delays in processing medical reports.
This is due to a combination of high demand and significant, unplanned staff absence. We know this may be frustrating, and I want to thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please don’t chase existing requests — we are aware of them and are doing our best to get through them as quickly as we can. We’re prioritising urgent requests first and putting a plan in place to help us catch up.
