**Update: 11 am 20 thNovember**
No 200 Osborne Road is now open again,. Thank you for your patience.
**Update: 11 am**
Due to the boiler problem, we are having to close 200 Osborne Road until at least Wednesday.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are working with suppliers and technicians to get things fixed as quickly as possibly.
Appointments scheduled at 200 Osborne Road will be moved to 17 Osborne Road. We are contacting all patients who are booked in.
The Practice is still incredibly busy today, and with significant unexpected staff absence, we can only deal with urgent queries.
This is to make our Doctors are able to help the people with the greatest need.
We also have issues with the boiler at 200 Osborne Road, which may, combined with the very cold weather, further impact our capacity. We appreciate this may further disrupt our service, and we apologise, but these are issues outside of our control.
We are – as ever – working to deal with all patients’ needs as quickly as we can.
