Merger Update: Drop-in events and thank you for your feedback
Hopefully, all patients will now be aware of the proposed merger between Gosforth Memorial and Jesmond Health Partnership.
If you haven’t yet read about it, use the button below to jump to the original announcement. You can also skip to the details of our upcoming drop-in events or share your views via our online form.
Both practices sent SMS messages to all patients with a mobile number we have permission to text, and letters were sent to households we couldn’t reach by text.
Thank you to the more than 150 patients who have shared their views with us online, and to everyone who has used our paper feedback forms or comments cards in our Reception areas.
Printed copies of the patient letter, FAQs and feedback forms are available in all 4 locations (GMMC on Church Road in Gosforth, 17 and 200 Osborne Road and 5 Osborne Avenue in Jesmond).
We are working on new responses to your feedback so far and will aim to publish updated FAQs after next week’s first drop-in event.
