Your Views: What do you think of our website?

We launched our new website earlier this year after a joint project between GP practices across Newcastle and Gateshead.

The project was funded by the NHS Digital First Primary Care programme, which works on improving patients’ access to advice, support and treatment through digital technology.

Part of that funding agreement is that we assess whether the project has achieved what it set out to – namely, to increase and standardise the quality of GP websites with modern, intuitive design and information that is relevant to patients and easy to find.

You can read more about the project background, our evidence bases and why we built what we did in our ‘Welcome to our new website’ post.

The following survey replicates three short questions from our original research last year. It should only take a minute or two to complete.

Your responses will give us a direct comparison between our old and new websites.

Patient Involvement

Projects like this – and our recent cervical screening inequalities work – are only possible because of patients getting involved and sharing their views with us.

If you would be interested in finding out about similar projects in the future, then please sign up to our mailing list below.
