Last month, 106 out of the 110 patients that completed a Friends and Family survey said they would recommend us.
Thank you to everyone who sends us feedback on the care and service they receive at JHP, it helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
The Friends and Family test is used all across the NHS, and asks patients to say how likely they would be to recommend the service they’ve received to those closest to them. Patients can also leave comments giving more detail about their experience.

The receptionists were very helpful. The nurse wisely suggested a check of my blood pressure which had not been done for some time. Using the online chat to get an appointment within days is brilliant. All staff, from the GPs to the receptionists, are friendly and genuinely endeavour to solve any issues you have.
