We Are Open

The current covid-19 pandemic has taken over much of our lives, but it’s important to remember that it doesn’t stop any of us having other health concerns.

The message is simple: If you need healthcare, don’t wait.

We don’t want people with non-coronavirus related issues to put off seeking help. Don’t wait for your symptoms to pass, or miss important care like childhood immunisations.

Here at Jesmond Health Partnership, all of our appointments are over the phone initially, and we’ll ask you to come in if we need to see you in person.

We’re following strict infection control measures and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as is everyone across the NHS.

Our clinical team here, NHS 111, pharmacies, out-of-hours and emergency departments are all there to help you.

And don’t forget there are a number of different ways to access our services, and those of the wider NHS, from the comfort of your own home.

Our eConsult system lets you get help, treatment advice or send a message to us through our website. It’s safe and easy to use. More here: Introducing eConsult.

If you have a prescription, please consider having it sent directly to a pharmacy of your choice.

This could be anywhere in the country, especially useful for students not currently in Newcastle. Use our online system if you’re registered, or speak to the Reception Team on 0191 281 4588.

The NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. Find out how to get it and what you can do here.
