I work as a Receptionist having joined the team in 2017 after studying childcare at college.
My role is to help patients and deal with their queries as efficiently as possible. This covers a lot of things but mainly revolves around booking appointments, making sure prescriptions are processed and everything else.
I work full time between both sites.
