I joined the JHP team in October 2021 as a Medical Receptionist. The main parts of my role are providing patients with information about booking appointments, repeat prescriptions, and blood test results.

My role covers a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks like updating patient records and sending recall letters and referrals.  I joined the team in 2009, having worked at HMRC before. I’m full-time and work between our sites on Osborne Road.
