The practice requires pre-payment prior to the completion of any private letters or forms. Methods of Payment:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Card (in person or over the telephone)
We aim to complete letters from the GP within 14 days from the date of pre-payment, and any type of form within 30 days from the date of pre-payment. However, due to the practice receiving a high number of requests, this is not always possible.
A member of the administration team will contact you when the documentation is ready for collection, alternative arrangements can also be made e.g. post or securely sent via email.
