askmyGP Update: System is back up, but please bear with us

UPDATE 9.30 am: askmyGP is now up and running again.

Please contunue to bear with us while, as the unplanned outage has had a knock-on effect throughout the practice.

The whole team are working hard to catch up and return to normal service. Thank you for your patience.

askmyGP is experiencing a national outage. Currently patients cannot send requests or contact us.

We also have limited access to our clinical systems so we are asking patients to please only contact us if your issue is urgent and needs to be dealt with today.

We apologise for the inconvenience, and will update patients when normal service can be resumed.
