Here’s what you told us, with a summary below the quotes.
Overall, patients are happy with the askmyGP system. They find it quick, easy, and efficient, with many saying it’s simpler to explain their problems online than face-to-face.
People love how responsive the doctors are, with appointments often arranged quickly when needed. The messaging system is seen as helpful and time-saving for both patients and staff.
Some have praised the care and support as outstanding, especially when they’ve needed help more often.
Constructive criticism is also helpful – it highlights issues we might not be aware of or areas we can improve on. As ever, we will take on board comments about waiting for clearer communications or frustrations with the requests being closed before you feel they should have.
