About the Role
The successful candidate will deliver six sessions a week (negotiable) across our practice locations. We’re open to discussions around flexible working patterns to accommodate the right candidate.
Our digital-first platform means that requests are sent directly to clinicians for review and appropriate follow-up. Because many requests can be dealt with through online messages or a call, when face-to-face appointments are needed, they can often happen on the same day.
The system allows patients fast access and quick solutions. It is popular with patients, with consistent recommendation rates of 96%.

Jesmond Health Partnership is a patient-focused, forward-thinking GP practice in Newcastle.
We were formed in April 2019 after The Surgery and Holly Medical Group merged. Avenue Medical Practice became part of JHP in 2023. We operate from three locations in Jesmond.
Jesmond Health Partnership comprises 3 GP partners, 12 salaried GPs, an experienced Nursing team including Nurse Practitioners, and knowledgeable and enthusiastic Reception and Admin teams.
