Patient Update: Our Christmas Opening Times | Please Reorder Prescriptions Early
We Are Open

The easiest way to display your vaccination status is through the free NHS App.

If you are travelling internationally or attending a trial event, you may be asked to prove you have been vaccinated against covid-19. The NHS App is the best way to do this.

Please be aware that GP practices cannot provide you with proof of vaccination.

Your NHS COVID Pass

The NHS App can be downloaded to your smartphone from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. It is free of charge.

Once you have installed the app and logged in, you will be able to see ‘Get your NHS COVID Pass’ in the Popular Services area.

From here you can view your vaccination details, download a pdf copy of your record or have it sent to you by email.

You can also produce a 2D barcode which can be scanned.

If you received your vaccine in an other country, it is not currently possible to add this to the NHS App. It can still be added by GP practices onto your medical record.

Check Travel Requirements

Remember, if you are travelling abroad, it is your responsibility to check the entry requirements of your destination.

Government guidance on foreign travel can be found here.

Other Health apps

As a practice we recommend the NHS App to access our online services.

Other online access apps created by private developers are available and many offer additional options, which might include appointments with private providers. The practice has no control over the content of these apps and does not endorse any private services. The practice does not profit from any apps.
