In September, 144 appointments were lost with patients not attending, or cancelling too late for us to offer the time slot to someone else.

This adds up to over 35 hours of clinical time being lost to the practice and the NHS.

Reducing our ‘Did Not Attend’ rate will reduce the waiting time for appointments.

If you no longer need a scheduled appointment, you can cancel it by calling or visiting the surgery, through our website, or by replying to your reminder text message.
