In December 2019 I started with the Reception team at JHP.

I deal with patient queries, problem solve, and provide administrative guidance during patient care, both in-person and over the phone. I’ve worked as a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology & Blood Transfusion at University Hospital North Durham, and as an Analyst at UK Independent Medical Services.
