I first joined the JHP team in October 2021 as a Medical Receptionist, before moving to hte Admin team in 2024.

I am responsible for essential tasks like sending referrals and clinical letters, updating medical records, sending appointment reminders and other patient communications.

Before joining JHP I completed BSc in Biomedical Science at Northumbria University.

I work full time.
