I joined the JHP team in October 2021 as a Medical Receptionist.

The main parts of my role are providing patients with information about booking appointments, repeat prescriptions and blood test results. I am responsible for registering new patients, scanning documents and updating patients’ records along with other admin tasks.

Before joining JHP I completed BSc in Biomedical Science at Northumbria University.

I work full time.
