What You Told Us
Patients continue to praise the speed, convenience and care offered through our services — particularly through our askmyGP, our online system. You’ve told us that:
- 🏃 Fast responses make all the difference, especially when you’re busy or can’t wait on hold.
- 🖥️ Ease of use means you can get help without needing a lengthy phone call or unnecessary face‑to‑face visits.
- ❤️ Compassionate care from our clinical team really matters — and does not go unnoticed.
We also heard how much you appreciate being able to give background information in advance, and how helpful it is when the GP responds at a time that suits you.
How to Share your Feedback
The Friends and Family test is used all across the NHS. It asks patients if they’d recommend a service to people close to them.
