About JHP
Jesmond Health Partnership is a patient-focused, forward-thinking GP practice in Newcastle.
Our priority is getting patients to the right person to help them, first time. We were the first practice in Newcastle to adopt a digital-first model, giving patients easy access and quick solutions. Our experienced and enthusiastic teams work hard to provide high-quality care for patients.
We were formed in April 2019 and have successfully merged with two neighbouring practices in the past two years. We now have a patient population of around 26,000 and operate from three locations in Jesmond and one in Gosforth.
