Salvie reverts to askmyGP

Our online consultation tool Salvie has reverted to its original name of askmyGP.

Everything else remains the same – askmyGP will still give patients easy and convenient access to our team, personalized responses and quick outcomes.

The only thing that is different is the name.

What is askmyGP?

We first introduced the system in 2020 as a way to provide patients with quicker access to our Doctors and quicker outcomes that dealt with their health issues.

With askmyGP, you can choose which Doctor you want to help you, describe your issue in your own words, and choose how and when you would like them to respond.

If you would like a call, you can let us know when you are free. Or if you would prefer to receive messages, then you can choose that option.

In lots of cases, your issue can be sorted out without you needing to come into the practice. No two-week waits, no trying to fit an appointment into your diary.

If you do need to be seen, we can normally arrange that for the same day.
