My role is to help patients who require non-medical support by taking the time to listen and provide a patient-focused service, signposting to relevant services and providing support where needed.

Before joining Jesmond Health Partnership I worked as a Social Prescribing Navigator for 3 years across 10 different practices in Newcastle and have completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences.

I joined JHP in March 2022 and I work full time.
