About Us

Jesmond Health Partnership was formed in April 2019 as the result of the merger between The Surgery and Holly Medical Group.

COVID-19 VACCINATIONS

Please do not call the practice about COVID-19 Vaccinations.

A city-wide vaccination programme is being coordinated centrally and people will be contacted by us when they are eligible.

Read our News post and FAQ for full details.

The volume of calls and Salvie messages we are getting about the vaccine is stopping us being able to get to other patients requests.

Please be patient – there is a process to make sure those who need the vaccine most get it first.
