UPDATE 08:57am – Our phone lines are now operational again.
We are experiencing issues with our connection to our clinical system and phone lines this morning. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
The connection to SystmOnline, our clinical system and the online access portal for reordering prescriptions, checking test results and medical history is intermittent. Some patients are able to access the system, others are not.
Our phone lines have also gone down, meaning we cannot receive calls at present.
